How do I order?
A.

You can browse the items on the site by clicking on the menu’s on the left hand side, clicking on links as they appear on the screen or by searching for the products you are looking for by typing the items name or keyword in the ‘Search’ box.

When you find the items you wish to buy, you can click ‘buy now’ and it will be added to your Party Bag (or Shopping Basket). When you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ which will then ask you to check the list of items you are ordering and enter your details, delivery address and payment details.

What happens when I place my order?
A.

Once we receive the details of your order we will ensure the payment has gone through and package your order up to be dispatched with your receipt.

How do I pay for my order?
A.

The site is set up to take payment details via a secure internet connection by credit/debit card. If you do not wish to pay this way, you can request that we can you to take credit/debit card details over the phone, or you can pay by cheque. Under no circumstances, however, will goods be sent until payment is received.

Do I have to order on the internet or can I order over the phone?
A.

Our knowledgeable staff are here 9-5 Monday to Saturday to answer any queries or take orders over the telephone. Please call us on 01245 350600 if you wish to speak to someone in person.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
A.

We will phone or email you to tell you if any of your items are out of stock. We can then either send the rest of the order out with the missing item(s) to follow, hold the order until the item comes back into stock or cancel the item if you need it sooner than we can deliver it. We will discuss the options with you should this unlikely event occur.

No, you can order as much or as little as you want. However there is a delivery charge payable on all orders.

What is your returns policy?
A.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your service and products from Balloons & Party Direct. If this is not the case please contact us within 48 hours either by phone (01245 350600) or email (returns@balloonsandparty.co.uk) giving your name, order number, the item numbers you will be returning and a description of why you are returning them. We will then give you a returns number to put with the items and the address to send them to. We will contact you regarding a refund. Please note that we do not cover the costs of returning the items, nor do we refund the original delivery charge if you have simply changed your mind. If the item is faulty we can send a replacement with no further charges.
